Nigel Meads lead a forum discussion addressing the potential implications of Green House Gas emissions in agriculture. Our August meeting was very well attended with 38 members present! Trish even needed to adjust the room booking so we would have space for everyone. The most recent NZARN meeting was held in Auckland in August 2018. It was well attended with 33 members and 4 guests. There were scientific and technical presentations on feed quality, rumen health and dairy production, as well as some important industry updates.
The March 2018 NZARN meeting was held in New Plymouth and was well attended with 32 members and 3 guests. The first day included presentations on calf and heifer nutrition and feeding root crops, and the second day was a lameness workshop with Neil Chesterton consisting of 2 presentations and a practical session on farm.
